Do you wonder whether your current training program is organized effectively? Or whether it should wholly take place “on site” or
“online” – or a combination of the two, known as “Blended Learning”?
-
Have you had enough of organizing certain training programs, such as the reception and welcome of new employees, because there are not necessarily enough participants to make face-to-face training worthwhile and beneficial?
-
Would you like to do a “before and after” analysis of one of your existing training programs with online tests?
-
Do you have training materials that you would like to put into a digital format so as to make them accessible online?
From face-to-face training to Digital Learning
In 2000, I began working in the field of eLearning as a scriptwriter for Project Management “soft skills” modules.
My vast experience has enabled me to hone my skills and knowledge acquired during face-to-face training and to apply them to the digital world of eLearning!
Development of “custom-made” content
Since then, I have developed custom-made programs that can be built into a curriculum boasting a combination of on-site training, team-workshops and one-to-one support.
Furthermore, content is available in three languages: French, German, and English.
Digital Learning and SMBs
eLearning is often considered to be a training method available only to large companies. However, a module based on current content and modern techniques can just as easily be developed for and used within a SMB.
Shared content
Generic content can equally be shared between several companies – you just need to belong to a network.
