Digital Learning
We will also consider adding and integrating a digital dimension, eLearning, into the training project. It is excellent to firstly work together in a physical space, and then to enrich this on-site training process with digital elements, in the preparation, duration, and follow-up of the project.
Training with a personal touch
For 25 years, I have been passionate about, and have specialized in, training adults; therefore, the areas that I am truly able to bring to life are “soft skills”. Just a few of the training themes available to my clients include: management, teambuilding, interpersonal communication, public speaking, self-confidence, and training of internal company trainers, often in personalized workshops.
My passions, concerns, and specialties, are based on all the topics that touch on the individual’s relationship with themself and to others around them.
Specialties
I particularly enjoy working in the secondary sector (production and construction) and organizing training for young managers to help them take their first steps in their new role.
Women and gender mainstreaming
For more that 15 years I have, also, worked with groups of women in field of female management.
My strengths include: encouraging independence amongst interns, and creating relationships built on trust and respect, empathy and dynamism.
And, of course, the ability to work with you in three languages: French, German, and English.
